Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations. This Privacy Notice aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data when collected, used, stored, and/or transferred by Slarcomx.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Slarcomx does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. However, we may share your information in the following circumstances: (a) with competent authorities when required by law or court order; (b) with service providers who assist us in website operations and service delivery, who are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your data; (c) in the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring, always notifying you in advance. Any data transfer will be carried out in accordance with Articles 36 and 37 of the LFPDPPP.
6. International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred and processed outside of Mexico exclusively for storage purposes on servers located in other countries. In these cases, we ensure that recipients comply with data protection standards equivalent to those established by Mexican legislation. In accordance with Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, these transfers do not require your consent when necessary for the fulfillment of the legal relationship between you and Slarcomx.
7. Data Retention
We will retain your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, unless a legal provision requires a longer retention period. Once the retention period has been met, your data will be deleted, blocked, or disassociated in accordance with applicable regulations. For data collected through the contact form, the retention period is 24 months from the last interaction.
8. ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify them if inaccurate, Cancel them when you consider they are not necessary for the stated purposes, and Oppose their processing for specific purposes (ARCO Rights). To exercise any of these rights, you may send your request to privacidad@slarcomx.com, indicating: (a) your full name and contact information; (b) a clear description of the right you wish to exercise; (c) any documentation supporting your request. We will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days, in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

We implement technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use. These measures include the use of SSL/TLS encryption protocols for data transmission, role-based access controls, and periodic security reviews. However, no data transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed exclusively at persons over 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have received data from a minor, we will proceed with its immediate deletion.
