9. Dispute Resolution
Before resorting to judicial instances, the parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct negotiation for a period of 30 calendar days from the notification of the dispute. If no agreement is reached, the parties may opt for a mediation procedure before CONDUSEF or PROFECO, as applicable, before initiating judicial proceedings.
10. Modifications to Terms
Slarcomx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Site after publication of modifications implies acceptance thereof.
